First step: Open your notepad
Second step: Type the coding
CreateObject("SAPI.Spvoice").Speak"I love you"
Third step: Save as "xxx.vbs"(if u cant change it, try to open organize -> folder and search options -> view -> unmark Hide extensions for known file types then you'll able to change the file type <.vbs> )
fourth step: Double click the file
